Here is how to use it when it arrives.
Feed the rounded end of the strap through the buckle to make a loop.
Slide the loop onto the finger you want to measure, with the buckle sitting on top so you can read it.
Pull the strap until it sits snugly at the base of your finger. Then check it slides back over your knuckle with a little resistance. If it comes off too easily it is too loose, and if you have to force it, go up.
Read the letter showing in the window on the buckle. That is your UK ring size. The small notches between letters are half sizes, so if the window lands between P and Q, you are a P and a half.
Measure at the end of the day. Fingers are at their largest by evening and at their smallest first thing, or when you are cold. Measuring warm gives you a size you can actually wear year round.
Wide bands sit tighter. If you are buying one of our chunkier styles, go up half a size from your reading.
Between two sizes? Take the larger of the two. A ring that spins slightly is far easier to live with than one you cannot get off.
