12 Month Warranty Policy

12-Month Warranty

Our 12-month warranty applies to all items purchased on or after 1st January 2024.

If your item arrives damaged or develops a genuine manufacturing fault within this period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches, bends, worn prongs, or loose stones).

  • Lost items after delivery confirmation.

  • Tarnishing or discolouration caused by:

    • Chemicals, sweating, perfumes, lotions, sanitisers, or cosmetics.

    • Exposure to pools, hot tubs, or bathing.

    • Improper storage or cleaning methods.

  • Accidental damage (e.g. bent rings, caught chains, or broken clasps).

  • Lost or loosened stones from wear, dropping, or prong damage.

  • Damage from third-party alterations or repairs.

  • Cloudy or dull stones caused by product build-up (e.g. lotions, soaps, or natural oils). This is not a manufacturing fault but a natural result of regular wear. It can be easily restored with a deep clean.

  • Plating wear on gold-plated items. Over time, exposure to friction, moisture, and products may cause plating to fade — this is not a manufacturing defect but a natural characteristic of plated jewellery. In certain cases, items may be eligible for replating for a small fee.

Please note: Regular cleaning and proper storage help maintain your jewellery’s original shine and longevity.


Additional Warranty Terms

After the specified timeframe, damage is no longer considered a manufacturing defect but rather fair wear and tear or accidental damage. In such cases, repairs or replacements may be available for a fee.

  • One replacement per order.

  • Free gifts are not covered under this policy and are provided as-is, without warranty.
