Warranty, Replacement & Repairs Policy
Damaged Item & Warranty Policy
At Luxe Emporium, we stand by the quality of our jewellery. If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a free replacement within the timeframes outlined below. If the timeframe has passed, repairs or replacements may be available for a fee, which is product-dependent. This policy does not cover wear and tear (see exclusions below).
Replacement Timeframes
- Platinum-finished jewellery – Free replacement within 60 days of receiving your order (excludes tarnishing).
- 925 Sterling Silver & Stainless Steel – Free replacement within 90 days of receiving your order.
- Luxe Collection – Items in this collection come with a 6-month warranty.
After the specified timeframe, damage is no longer considered a manufacturing defect but rather fair wear and tear or accidental damage. In such cases, repairs or replacements may be available for a fee.
- Damage claims beyond 6 months of receiving the item will not be considered.**
- One replacement per order.
- Tarnishing of plated or metal items is not covered.
- We do not cover lost items or wear and tear such as bends, nicks, and scratches.
- Free gifts are not covered under this policy and are provided as-is, without warranty.
To request a replacement:
Please email customercare@luxeemporiumx.com with your order number, item details, and clear photos of the issue.
