Personalised Items

  • Personalised items require 28 days for production.
  • Your full order will be shipped together once the personalised item is ready.
  • If you would like your other items sent sooner, please place two separate orders, or a postage fee will apply for split shipping.

Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are subject to production times.
  • Your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
  • If you haven't received your order within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us with your name and order number.

Order Changes

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot amend or cancel it. If you no longer require your order, please return it once delivered.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your address details are correct before completing your purchase, including your house number and postcode.
  • UK orders: if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a £4.99 reshipping fee will apply. If you do not wish to have the order resent, a £4.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • International orders: if an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the reshipping cost will be calculated upon return and charged before redelivery. This will vary depending on destination and carrier.

Lost or Delivered Orders

  • We are unable to cover orders marked as delivered by Royal Mail's GPS and image-proof system.
  • We recommend having your order delivered to a secure address to avoid any issues.
