Warranty Policy

Our warranty is designed to give you complete confidence in the craftsmanship and longevity of your pieces.

2-Year Manufacturing Warranty

We proudly offer a 2-year manufacturing warranty on all pieces purchased on or after 20th February 2026. Pieces purchased prior to this date remain covered under our original 12-month warranty from the date of purchase.

If your jewellery develops a genuine manufacturing fault within the applicable warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

This warranty reflects our commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and enduring quality.

Complimentary Gold Refresh

For our 18k gold-finished sterling silver pieces purchased on or after 20th February 2026, we offer up to two complimentary gold refresh services per item within the 2-year warranty period should the finish show significant fading under normal wear.

This service is designed to preserve the beauty, colour and longevity of your piece.

  • Up to two complimentary gold refresh services per item within 2 years
  • Customers may be responsible for postage costs outside 30 days from delivery
  • Processing times will be confirmed once your claim has been approved

After the two complimentary services have been used, further refresh services may be available for a small fee.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing faults
  • Structural defects
  • Stone setting faults resulting from production
  • Significant gold finish fading within 2 years for qualifying purchases

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, surface marks or worn prongs
  • Bent rings, caught chains, broken clasps or damage caused by impact
  • Stones lost due to wear, dropping or prong damage
  • Tarnishing or discolouration caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, sanitiser, cosmetics, sweat or prolonged moisture exposure
  • Exposure to swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing
  • Improper storage or cleaning methods
  • Third-party alterations or repairs
  • Lost items once delivery has been confirmed
  • Cloudiness or dullness caused by product build-up such as lotions, soaps or natural oils. This can be restored with proper cleaning and is not considered a manufacturing defect

After the applicable warranty period has expired, any damage will be considered fair wear and tear. Repairs, replacements or gold refresh services may still be available for a fee.

  • One approved manufacturing warranty claim per item
  • Complimentary gold refresh services are limited to two per qualifying item within 2 years
  • Free gifts are provided as-is and are not covered under warranty
