How long does Delivery take?

This will all depend on the Delivery method you select. Pre-Orders will be subject to a delay you can read more about this below.

What is a Pre Order?

Pre-Order items are subject to a wait you will be able to see the estimated dispatch date in the Pre Order items notes. We offer Pre-order items as our current stock sells out so quickly it allows you to jump the queue when items become available. You purchase the item and it will be dispatched within the mentioned time. If you order items that are not on pre-order in the same package they will be dispatched separately.

What material are your items made from?

Each item has the relevant materials in the description we offer mostly Sterling Silver items but also some Stainless Steel and Plated Copper Items. Please check the individual descriptions.

How does the Free Gift work?

Free gifts are applicable to any orders over £65 please note you must add the chosen free gift to your basket, we are unable to amend this post purchase or after shipping. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift where we see fit if there are any stock issues in order to get items shipped as fast as possible.
